2 minute Chocolate Pudding

The holidays are coming and we all know what that means... lot's of food, very very delicious food and desserts! But detox-friendly desserts can look just as good and taste just as yummy as unhealthy ones! Try this divine and easy to make chocolate pudding recipe from Joni over at Food by Jonister!


2-Minute Chocolate Pudding

Makes 3 servings

Takes 2 minutes



16 oz Silken Tofu

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

2 tbsp Real Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract



Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend on high for about 1 minute. You can eat it right away or store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
